This building is a former warehouse in Edmonton West remodeled into a multiple use retail centre. The main design feature is a total facelift of the streetside façade: A light coloured artificial stone cladding, contrasted with dark stucco areas. New entrances to the retail stores are provided on the ground level. The interior required a partial restructuring of the steel superstructure in order to harmonize with the desired shelving layout.
